Beth Tully

Initially trained as a speech and language pathologist holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Beth Tully reinvented herself several times from her earlier jobs in communications, marketing and sales and launched Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates in Wichita, Kansas, in 2005. Even her successful career in sales for a Fortune 400 company could not keep her from her passion … chocolate.
After completing training at Ecole Chocolat’s Professional Chocolatier program and receiving her Master Chocolatier certification, Beth’s previous experiences served her well as she started Cocoa Dolce and quickly gained respect and regard as an entrepreneur and capable businesswoman while her product was immediately recognized as exquisite.
Swift growth found the company moving from its initial location into Wichita’s upscale Bradley Fair development only four years after launch. Beth’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her passion for her handcrafted natural chocolates, have led to expansion both in employees and location floor space.

Additional growth and expansion is under consideration. Beth is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Wichita State University Alumni Association, while also serving as a member of the Advisory Council for Youth Entrepreneurs. In addition, she is a founding member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association. In her rare leisure hours, Beth and husband Jay, a Captain with the Wichita Fire Department, enjoy spending time their children, new granddaughter and three dogs.
