Jason Febres
This talented and innovative Chef started his career at the early age of 15 for a multitude of high-end restaurants in Caracas, Venezuela before moving to Wichita, KS. in 2006. Chef Febres took everybody by surprise when he inaugurated SABOR in 2008 just 2 years after he arrived to the city becoming best chef and restaurant. Not satisfied, the restless Venezuelan native continues his journey with the vision of creating a new concept where he can unleash his passion not only creating eatable art for his foodies but as an entertainer and showman……….“TASTE AND SEE ll Fusion Cuisine” is born!! A one of a kind interactive restaurant cooking class and private event venue described by renowned food critics as one of the elite eateries in town.

Schane Gross
Schane is the owner of The Anchor. It is a locally owned and operated beer restaurant located in downtown Wichita, Kansas. With 46 beers on tap at all times and usually a few in waiting. Their bottled beer list is over 200 beers strong and growing.

Ryan Windham
Ryan Windham was born 17 November 1982 in Wichita, Kansas, to staunch and altruistic parents. His musical introduction began at age four with heavy doses of vinyl and tapes being played from the homestead. Ryan took up saxophone at age thirteen but quickly progressed to playing acoustic guitar. After a four-year hiatus from guitar during high school, Ryan again began experimenting heavily with finger style technics and effects pedals. Ryan has been performing his extemporaneous style predominantly in the Wichita area for the last seven years, with several out of state invitations. Ryan is currently working on his second album release.
